Sub-processors

A sub-processor is a third party that processes personal data on Adrata’s behalf to deliver the Service. This page lists every sub-processor we use today, what it does for us, what data it receives, and where it processes that data. Each one is bound by a written contract that limits its use of the data to providing its service to us, requires confidentiality and security measures. Our Privacy Policy explains the wider picture.

Infrastructure

  • Amazon Web Services, Inc. — Cloud hosting for the application, database, file storage, and backups; transactional email from Adrata (Amazon SES); speech-to-text for call and meeting recordings (Amazon Transcribe); and hosting of the foundation models behind Adrata’s AI features (Amazon Bedrock). Receives all Service data. United States (primary region US West, Northern California; AI models in US West, Oregon and US East, Northern Virginia).
  • Google LLC (Google Cloud Pub/Sub) — Relays change notifications for Gmail mailboxes that users connect, so new mail appears promptly. Receives mailbox identifiers and message IDs, not message content. United States.
  • WorkOS, Inc. — Sign-in, single sign-on, and session management. Receives name, email address, and sign-in metadata such as IP address. United States.
  • Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing and invoicing. Receives billing contact details and payment information; Adrata never stores card numbers. United States.

Calling, texting, and video

  • Telnyx LLC — Carries voice calls and SMS placed through Adrata, provisions phone numbers, and produces call recordings that Adrata copies into its own encrypted storage; Telnyx keeps its own copy under our account’s retention setting. Receives phone numbers, call audio, message content, and delivery metadata. United States.
  • LiveKit, Inc. — Real-time audio and video for Adrata meeting rooms and live demos. Receives participants’ audio, video, names, and connection metadata while a room is open; it does not store the media. LiveKit Cloud’s global network, which routes media through the region nearest each participant.

AI and research

  • Amazon Bedrock (Amazon Web Services, Inc.) — Hosts the large language and embedding models that power summaries, search, drafting, and recommendations. Model providers do not receive or retain your data; AWS runs the models inside our AWS environment and does not use inputs or outputs to train models. Receives the workspace content relevant to each request. United States.
  • Perplexity AI, Inc. — Web research used to find public information about companies and the people who work there, such as news, roles, and company facts. Receives company and person names and the research question, which can include context from the request that prompted it. United States.
  • OpenAI, L.L.C. — Text-to-speech only: converts text that a user asks Adrata to read aloud into audio. Receives that text. Not used for chat, drafting, or analysis. United States.
  • Fish Audio — Text-to-speech for voice features. Receives the text to be spoken. United States.

Business contact and company data

These providers supply the business contact and company information described in Section 6 of our Privacy Policy. Adrata sends them a lookup (a company domain, a person’s name and employer, or a public professional profile URL) and receives business records in return. Each provider publishes its own privacy policy and opt-out route, and we honor opt-outs we receive regardless of the source.

  • Coresignal (UAB Coresignal) — Company and professional profile data used to map who works where. European Union (Lithuania).
  • Prospeo — Finds work email addresses and phone numbers for named professionals. European Union (France).
  • BetterContact — Finds work email addresses and phone numbers for named professionals. European Union (France).
  • The Org, Inc. — Public organizational charts. United States.

Website and demos

  • PostHog, Inc. — Product analytics on adrata.com, loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. Receives pages visited and interaction events. United States.
  • Google LLC (Google Analytics) — Website analytics on adrata.com, loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. Receives pages visited and device data. United States.
  • Cal.com, Inc. — Scheduling for demo bookings made on adrata.com. Receives the name, email address, and time you choose. United States.

Services you connect yourself

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams are not sub-processors. When you connect one, data moves between it and Adrata at your direction, under your agreement with that provider. You can disconnect any of them from Settings.

Public sources that are not sub-processors

Some company facts come from public records that we read directly, such as SEC EDGAR filings, USAspending.gov, and company websites. No personal data is sent to those sources.

Changes to this list

We update this page before a new sub-processor begins processing customer data, and at least 30 days before for any change that affects data held for our customers, so customers can object under their data processing addendum.
