Adrata Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Adrata Revenue Acceleration Platform (the "Service"), a B2B sales intelligence and revenue acceleration platform available at adrata.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, protect, and disclose your personal information when you use our Service, including when you sign in using Google.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
- Name and email address
- Company name and role
- Communication preferences
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card numbers)
1.2 Data Collected via Google Sign-In
When you choose to sign in with Google, we request the following OAuth scopes through Google's OpenID Connect protocol:
- openid — Authenticates your identity
- email — Your Google account email address
- profile — Your name and profile picture
This is the only Google user data we collect. We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service data.

- Device information, browser type, and IP address
- Pages visited and features used within the Service
- Performance and error data to improve reliability
2. How We Use Your Information
2.1 General Use
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Adrata platform
- Authenticate your identity and manage your account
- Display your name and profile picture within the application
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests
- Send product updates and marketing communications (only with your consent)
- Ensure security, detect fraud, and prevent abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
2.2 Use of Google User Data
Google user data (email address, name, and profile picture obtained through Google Sign-In) is used solely for the following purposes:
- Authentication: Verifying your identity when you sign in to the Service
- Account creation: Creating and linking your Adrata account
- User identity display: Showing your name and profile picture within the Adrata platform so your teammates can identify you
Google user data is used exclusively to provide and improve the core functionality of the Adrata platform. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling unrelated to the Service, or any purpose beyond providing the Adrata platform to you.
3. Google User Data & Limited Use Compliance
This section provides a comprehensive summary of how Adrata Inc. handles Google user data, in compliance with Google's API Services User Data Policy:
- What we access: Only your name, email address, and profile picture via Google Sign-In (OpenID Connect with
openid, email, and profile scopes). We do not access Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service.
- How we use it: Solely for authenticating your identity, creating your Adrata account, and displaying your name and profile picture within the platform to your teammates.
- How we store it: Google user data is stored in encrypted databases on AWS infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit.
- How we share it: We do not sell, rent, lease, or share Google user data with any third party. It is only visible to members of your Adrata workspace.
- How to delete it: You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@adrata.com or by deleting your account in settings. Data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
- How to revoke access: Revoke Adrata's access at any time via your Google Account permissions page.
- No AI training: Your Google user data is never used to train AI models or for any purpose unrelated to providing the Adrata platform.
- No advertising: Google user data is never used for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.
- Limited Use compliance: Adrata's use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
4.1 Google User Data
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade Google user data to any third party. We do not share Google user data with third parties for their own purposes. Your Google user data remains within your Adrata workspace and is only visible to other members of the same workspace (e.g., your name and profile picture are shown to teammates).
We do not transfer Google user data to any third-party service, advertising network, data broker, or information reseller.
4.2 General Data Sharing
We may share non-Google personal information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: Trusted vendors who help us operate the Service (e.g., Stripe for payment processing, AWS for hosting), bound by confidentiality agreements
- Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government regulation
- Safety: To protect the rights, safety, or property of Adrata, our users, or the public
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you would be notified)
4.3 No Sale of User Data
Adrata does not sell any user data, including Google user data, to any party for any purpose. We have never sold user data and have no plans to do so.
5. Data Security
We implement comprehensive security measures to protect your personal information, including Google user data:
- Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher
- Encryption at rest: All data stored in our databases and file systems is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption via AWS
- Access controls: Role-based access controls limit data access to authorized personnel only
- Infrastructure security: Our application is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) with industry-leading physical and network security
- SOC 2 practices: We follow SOC 2 compliance practices for security, availability, and confidentiality
- Regular audits: We conduct regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments
- Secure authentication: Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms; Google Sign-In uses OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect with no password stored
6. Data Retention and Deletion
6.1 Retention
We retain your personal information, including Google user data, for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If your account is inactive for an extended period, we may notify you before taking any action regarding your data.
6.2 Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time by:
- Contacting us at privacy@adrata.com
- Using the account deletion option in your account settings
Upon account deletion, we will permanently delete or anonymize all your personal information, including any Google user data, within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer only if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, financial records).
6.3 Revoking Google Access
You can revoke Adrata's access to your Google account data at any time through your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access will prevent future sign-ins via Google but will not automatically delete data already collected. To delete previously collected data, please contact us or delete your account.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

8. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
9. Children's Privacy
The Adrata platform is designed for business use and is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
